One sofa bed (you'll set this up yourself; bedding provided).
Living Area:
A cozy living room with a smart TV, two comfortable chairs, and a coffee table with a lovely view.
A small dining table for meals.
Bathroom:
Private bathroom with a new shower and toilet.
Amenities:
Kitchen Essentials:
We prioritize a fresh environment, so no stove is available to avoid cooking odors.
Equipped with an electric kettle, sandwich toaster, microwave, fridge, and all necessary utensils (bowls, plates, teacups, wine glasses, forks, knives, and spoons).
Bedding:
Fresh linens are provided for both the super king bed and sofa bed.
Parking:
Convenient parking is available right in front of the flat, suitable for cars with trailers or vans up to 16 seats. Off-street parking can also accommodate larger vehicles, such as buses or trucks.

We had a wedding nearby.We were allowed in slightly earlier which was very helpful as we needed to be at the wedding at 2:30 and had to get changed before hand.The house was very well equipped and dealing with the owner has been very easy

It was unusual to have no kitchen wash basin, so we had to use the bathroom tap for the kettle or rinsing.
