Stayed to be near friends and take daughter to camp. Great location. Older units. Had issues with AC and didnt have great reaponse from property manager. Managemed to thaw out the unit so we didn't have to sleep in 85° again.

Owner was terrific with communications. The condo was as advertised. Super location near beach and downtown St. Augustine. Lots of parks and hiking trails nearby. Short walk (1 minute) to pool and beach. Well equipped. Friendly people in the condo complex. Only little drawback was no television in the bedroom......my wife and I share little tv compatability.

This condo is nice and clean. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The pool was clean. The beach was big and beautiful!
However, there are a few things that were not so great!
The Washer/Dryer combo machine took way too long to complete a load and you can only wash small loads. Also, to get to the beach you have to climb up 28 stairs to get up the hill, then to take the boardwalk out to the beach, you have to climb up and down a lot more steps!(total 40+) If you have small children or any physical difficulties this may not be the best place for you.
I gave this property only 3 stars because I feel the ad was misleading by saying that the "complex" was oceanfront and not disclosing the fact that you have to climb a lot of steps to go over a high dune to reach the beach. Other guests were complaining about the same thing with other rentals in this complex. We will stay where else if we travel to this area again.
