No smoking in the property or on the patio. No pets allowed.
HOA requires the renter to be a minimum age of 21 years old.
*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
HOA requires renter to be a minimum age of 21 years old.
* No boats, RV`s/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed.
Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

The condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and the washer/dryer was wonderful. It was so close to the beach but quiet enough for our toddler to nap during the day. We loved our stay here and would definitely use this again on a return trip to St Augustine!

Condo was clean and spacious for our family of 5. Location was great and an easy walk to the beach or pool or an easy 15-20 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. We had a slight inconvenience with the building being painted for the week we were there and had no access to the windows (covered) or the patio's which was disappointing. You will notice the noise suppression between the adjoining units was not constructed well, you will hear the unit above or next to you often. The TV situation could be better, you only get basic cable (6 channels) and there is no streaming service provided, could be a challenge when traveling with your kids.

Our stay at the Condo, was relaxing and Fun, St. Augustine is a beautiful place! The only thing about the condo was in the Kitchen there was only 1 kitchen towel which could use more for stay for 2 weeks. Also all the rugs needed to be cleaned or replaced. Only had one day where we had to leave because of the condo above us was replacing the floor and noise was awful! The bedrooms and the bathrooms were great, just needed a fan in one room for circulation. Thanks for the Stay!

REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. Great location Easy beach access Comfortable beds Kitchen worked well for meal prep. WiFi etc instructions simple and easy. TV has very basic cable - you'll need to use your own streaming apps. Better instructions there would be useful. Property and grounds still has ongoing repair to storm damage (but doesn't interfere with use of unit)
