Bringing Your Boat? We’ve Got You Covered!
Just 1.8 miles from the Blythe Island Beach Drive boat launch (with another ramp on Park Street), getting on the water couldn’t be easier. Once launched, you’re welcome to tie up at the shared dock for the duration of your stay.
Plenty of Parking
There’s ample space for multiple vehicles and a boat trailer, all within a gated entrance that offers both privacy and peace of mind.
The Setting
This home is part of a serene 12-acre property with just two residences. Your rental includes the Live Oak Cottage (the white house), full access to the land on that side of the driveway, and shared use of the dock.
Dock Details
While the dock doesn’t currently have water or power, it’s still perfect for tying up your boat or enjoying a quiet sunset. Please use only the inside floaters, reserved for guest use.

This property is close to the surrounding islands (St Simon, etc) and Savannah. Great for day trips and site seeing. Also excellent for fishing from the dock.
