About this house rental

ED Refnr. 3073800

Location:
With us you have it quiet. Our historic mountain chalet is situated in a particularly quiet location at an altitude of 1090 metres above sea level in the Lagorai mountains, completely detached on the sunny southern slopes of the Fersen Valley on 5000 square metres of private property. The hut offers stunning panoramic views of the Brenta Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage Site), which are over 3000 metres high, to the west and the mountains of the Lagorai chain to the east and south. The distant view to the west stretches for around 70 kilometres as far as Lombardy. The access road ends 200 metres behind the hut in a turning area.

Inside:
The 50 square metre hut flat is divided as follows: A spacious, fully and high-quality furnished rustic kitchen/living room, a stylish master bedroom with natural stone on view and a double bed made of fragrant Swiss stone pine or Swiss stone pine, a bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed made of solid wood as well as a light-flooded, stylishly tiled bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and bidet.
The hut is heated by a wood-burning cooker in the kitchen-cum-living room and a wood-burning stove in the bedroom; alternatively with underfloor heating in the kitchen-cum-living room and the triple room or central heating in the bathroom and bedroom.

Outside:
A car park is available directly at the mountain chalet. 2 balconies (south and west) 1, seating area with barbecue (south) and another sun terrace (south) with the associated comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols round off the well-kept and fenced outdoor area and invite you to relax and linger. There is plenty of space to store bicycles and other utensils in the rock cellar.

Due to the geographical location of our hut, access with vehicles larger than a standard car (e.g. camper vans) is not possible.

Destination area:
Hiking without a queue, extensive contiguous natural landscapes, soothing tranquillity and local, honest cuisine should be the ingredients for a relaxing mountain holiday. This mixture can be found in the Fersental, Italian Valle dei Mòcheni - Valle del Fersina, Bersntol in dialect.
The valley is surrounded by the peaks of the high alpine and unspoilt Lagorai mountain range, which is considered one of the most beautiful in the Alps, around 25 kilometres east of the provincial capital of Trento.
The unspoilt and unspoilt mountain valley is home to one of the southernmost German language islands in the world. An old Bavarian dialect, Bersntoleric, which has remained unchanged for 700 years, is still spoken here by around 800 inhabitants in the valley and, as in South Tyrol, place names are given in both Bersntoleric and Italian. It is not uncommon to see eagles in the sky here, in a valley where some of the meadows are still mown with scythes, the cows are still milked by hand and the people still wear traditional costumes; a valley where time seems to have stood still.
A journey into one of the most unspoilt and historic valleys in Trentino and northern Italy can begin.

Infrastructure:
Various restaurants, mountain inns, pizzerias and agritourisms can be reached in around 15 minutes by car. Shopping facilities can be reached in Pergine and Canezza in the same amount of time.
