Our house is located in a neighborhood 7 min from downtown State College, home of Penn state university.
Uber and bus stops are within walking distance.
Many restaurants around, Walmart less than a mile away, gas stations.
A few local parks near by.
Our backyard setup comes with a hot tub above ground pool, fire pit,deck and beautiful sunset views ! We have a propane fire pit on our porch to relax under a rain proof/bug net canopy.
Come stay at our house that’s miles from penn state university with beautiful sunset views . Our three bedroom two bathroom home is the perfect get away house for all groups! At our house we have a fenced in back yard that’s perfect for dogs. We have a hot tub, above ground pool, and very relaxing canopy set up on our patio. We have an open kitchen set up with a living room next to it.

We stayed here for the Penn State vs Michigan game. It was 4 of us so sleeping arrangements were perfect. Great communication with the owner as we had a little trouble with figuring out WiFi and the tv. Lower level definitely chilly but my husband loved it. House was clean and in a great location.

Super comfy cozy house near everything in State College. An easy drive to the Stadium, 20 min tops with football traffic. There were six of us and there was plenty of space for all to hang out together or privacy if we wanted. The deck outside was awesome with a great view of the mountains in the distance. Before the rains came we had a beautiful sunset. It was chilly so we used the gas fire pit and that allowed us to stay outside a bit longer. We tried really hard to keep the floors clean but the lower level opened to a sandy entrance so we did a bit of extra cleaning there. It didn't help that it started raining Sat. morning and never stopped. The owners were super responsive. The TV is streaming only maybe local channels (no cable or satellite) and we struggled with that a bit because it wasn't something we were used to but we were able to log into our YouTube TV and that solved that. The neighborhood is really nice and super quiet. A couple min drive to stores, shopping, fast food and great Pizza. We had a great time.

Owners were great at communicating when we had questions. Place was clean and convenient to everything. We had an enjoyable stay!
