The kitchen here is all set for you to come in and prepare meals and serve them in style. You`ll find cookware, bakeware and serve ware as well as plenty of basics.
All linens and pillows are provided for your stay. You`ll enjoy a great night`s sleep on the upgraded mattresses and crisp linens we`ve carefully selected to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
Towels are also provided for your stay in addition to the following: body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, and makeup cloths.
Living spaces:
Don`t miss the upper and lower level living rooms comfortably furnished for your group`s enjoyment featuring cozy sofas, extra pillows and throw blankets and details to delight.
Things to do:
-Enjoy the River or train watch from the house!
-Gather by the fire pit with friends and family : firewood is provided.
Please note:
1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 per day fee will be assessed
2) There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.
3) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am
4) No fireworks on the property
5) No unauthorized parties or events
6) Pets must be authorized and a $250 pet fee will apply per pet
7) If more than 16 guests, an extra guest fee that is $25
per person per night will plus service fee and taxes apply.
8) If you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $35.

Plenty of room for our weekend getaway with two families - more than enough space, beautiful view of the river, and a fun game room with pool and ping pong. Definitely would stay there again!

House was very unique and had all of the amenities you could want. The location on the river was great except for 2 features - the train that goes by nearly every 10-15min is quite noisey and can be heard within the house; the other item was that there were at least 5 30lb carp that had just been thrown in the treeline and were rotting. The smell was absolutely awful and stunk up the whole neighborhood. Otherwise the house and stay was great.
