Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The bed was absolutely horrid! We didnt even stay the whole time because it hurt both of our backs and neck. The sheet and blanket were made in the 70s.. itchy and very uncomfortable. The tv was very small and outdated. You spend more money on the 4 locks on the door than anything in the condo. There was so much pigeon poop on the balcony you couldnt even enjoy it without spending an hour cleaning. My opinion if your not going to update the condo is cut the price in half or more! You couldnt even use the pool or amenities at the place. You had to walk around the whole outside of the property just to get the beach. I wont be staying here again.
