Property is absolutely superb......Room is accommodating and does not feel cramped. View is beautiful and access to beach is awesome.
Only complaint! if you are going to rent, then you may need to pay attention to big events. Coached to pay attention to detail and when I rent your space and feel I will be afforded the same privileges you receive. and have a parking space.
When I checked in I was informed that parking was not available and would have to drive 3.5 miles to a garage that may have space and would have to cab, uber, lyft back. Not the experience I was looking for and I figured it out but someone else may not have and cost them a lot of money.
Point is hold your property owner accountable and at a minimum if you run out of parking spaces then figure out accommodations such as shuttles, golf carts, or some other answer than figure it out.

The owners did a good job of having the place clean, instructions to get in were simple and overall the place itself was fine.
The bigger problem was the hurricane damage. The building had no amenities. no gym, pools, the downstairs restaurant was closed. Hopefully that can be fixed and it is not so much an issue with this particular property as it is with almost all Daytona properties around us.
The people who worked the building were very polite.
