Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The condo was perfect, as I was traveling alone for this trip. Was located by anything you could need amenity wise. The host was very attentive as I did have trouble with parking and didn’t realize there was a side lot for guests as well and had a few other questions but they had gotten an answer and back to me with no problems. Unfortunately for me the shared laundry on the floor the washer and dryers were all broken so I was unable to do my wash that was my only issue everything else was great!

The condo itself inside was great. It was very clean and a wonderful view of the ocean. The location was also very nice being close to stores and easy access to anything you need in Daytona but also out of the way from heavy traffic area. The actual building itself was a huge let down. I know it said it was under construction but did not realize it was going to be like an abandoned hotel feel. Luckily we didn’t run into any trouble with the room or door locks bc there weren’t people anywhere to help. The parking was a disaster. Not enough spots and again no direction on what to do. But again the condo itself and location were perfect.

The view of the ocean and proximity to the beach...building itself is still in recovery stage from the hurricane...don't expect much in the building restaurant closed, pool/hot tub closed....front desk essentially non-existent...if anyone happens to be there all answers are 'call your host'...room was VERY clean, but not much in the way of dishes, flatware etc...
