LOCATION IN THE BUILDING WAS GREAT. RIGHT BY THE ELEVATORS AND ACROSS FROM THE DOOR TO THE PARKING GARAGE LEVEL. VERY CONVENIENT ALL THE WAY AROUND. EVERYONE WAS REALLY NICE. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE VIEW OF THE OCEAN AND ONE OF THE POOLS WAS AMAZING.
THERE ARE PLASTIC COVERS ON THE MATTRESSES BETWEEN THE MATRESS AND THE BOTTOM SHEET. VERY NOISY WHEN GETTING INTO BED AND ROLLING OVER. THERE WERE A FEW LOOSE DOORS ON THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM CABINETS THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED...WE TRIED TO FIX WITH A KNIFE BUT IT WOULD FIX BETTER WITH A SCREWDRIVER. WISH THERE WAS SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SIT BESIDES THE BED AND DINING CHAIRS.

We loved the location and the balcony view! We loved the pools and the beach access. It was a very good experience!

There was no blankets in the room. May be that's good for July, but not for December.
There was no any cutting knife in facility. Therefor it was a problem to make even simple breakfast.
The left bed had four pillows, the right only three. Why?
