Spring View Lodge has a little bit for everyone. No matter your reason for visiting the area, we are sure our lodge will be the perfect place for your stay. Whether you are visiting the area to hunt, fish, hike, bike, view the elk, or relax in the great outdoors, Spring View provides easy access to it all. Firewood is almost always available in the outdoor fire pit or inside the wood burner.

Our location is our greatest asset. Just a few miles from Benezette, the lodge is situated on the top of a mountain in the heart of the PA elk range. We boast spectacular views and a quiet country setting. Located on 1 acre of land, the property has plenty of room to enjoy. The elk often grace us with their presence, as seen in some of our photos.

Public land hunting, fishing in native and stocked trout streams, hiking, biking, ATV riding, wineries, and elk viewing are just a few activities visitors enjoy. Spring View Lodge is in Jay Township, which has opened its township roads to ATVs. Bring your ATV or side-by-side and ride miles from the cabin (Check Jay Township ATV riding rules for details).

Situated just to the West of Benezette, the lodge is conveniently located in a rural setting with roads maintained year round with easy access. Spring View Lodge is one of few vacation rentals in the area where you can take a short drive to the Elk Viewing Center or Saint Mary’s for shopping, sightseeing, or a nice meal. We are also just minutes from thousands of acres of easily accessible public land.

The Lodge has everything you need (see our list of amenities) for a short or extended stay and is accessible year-round. We've done our best to provide our guests with all the luxuries of home while keeping the rustic theme. We're sure you will enjoy the Amish-built furniture and knotty pine interior. The kitchen is complete with a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. The lodge has all the pots, pans, glasses, mugs, dishes, and silverware you need. We even provide linens and towels so you can pack a little lighter. With three bedrooms, two full baths, and two queen-size sleeper sofas, we can easily accommodate groups of up to 8.

Regarding recent concerns surrounding the CoronaVirus, cleanliness is our highest priority. We ask that our guests perform basic tasks upon check out, as outlined in the rental agreement. We employ a cleaning service; our cabins are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly after each guest checkout. Additionally, we make available various disinfecting products for our guests to use, free of charge. These supplies include disinfecting wipes, disinfecting spray, and hand sanitizers. Other supplies that are always available include toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and a variety of general cleaning supplies.
