About this house rental
Our recently renovated Nantucket vacation rental is beautifully appointed and located in the highly sought-after Cliff Rd area. Offers outdoor shower, outdoor dining, and a magical and private sitting area in the shade of a large apple tree. There is a quaint path to the edge of a small pond, a birdwatcher's delight!
A 5 min walk to Steps Beach, 10 min walk to town, and close to nature trails, bike path, down the street from Something Natural and Westmoor Club.
First floor: This house has just undergone an extensive and very attractive renovation, with a beautiful new kitchen and marble and glass bathrooms, fresh paint, and all new furnishings. It is a short walk to Steps Beach as well as Town and Something Natural. Enter into an open concept kitchen and dining area with lovely views. The kitchen has a quartz countertop, stainless appliances, island seating for two, and a gas range. The dining area has a table with seating for six, which is nestled into a picture window with views of a small pond. To the right of the dining area is a sunken living room with sectional seating, a decorative fireplace, and large flat-screen television. The second living area is to the left of the dining area and has a comfortable seating area around a decorative fireplace with a door out to the back deck. The cozy den is located off the front foyer, along with a powder room. The primary bedroom has a king bed, large flat-screen television, sliding doors to the back deck, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a glass-enclosed shower. The stack washer/dryer is located in the front foyer closet. The deck accommodates 6 at a lovely dining table with umbrella.
Second Floor: A hall bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower is located at the top of the staircase. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen/full trundle bed. These two bedrooms share the hall bathroom.

Diana was a gracious and accommodating host and the house and location are wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised to see how easy it was to transition to our vacation life. The house was clean, modern and well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs, towels and a blanket were provided and ready for the beach. It was amazingly turnkey. We will be back!

The property exceeded what it looked like in pictures! Diana was very responsive and accommodating for early ferry arrival times. The property is within walking distance to everything. We’ll definitely be coming back!
