This beautiful house is only steps to town, the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Walk a short distance to the Wave (free transportation to the beach of your choice). Back decks look out over Lily Pond Conservation Park where you can take a stroll in the evening. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and all the amenities for the beach. This is a truly unique location where you are so close to downtown Nantucket yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town. It is a 10 min walk to the ferry and a 5 min walk to town. We had a great stay here! The room was very clean, comfortable, and cute—perfect for our group of friends and our 1-year-old. The host was welcoming and responsive, and the location was ideal: close to town, shops, and restaurants. Definitely family-friendly and convenient—we’d happily come back!

My family of eight had a great vacation and this house was the perfect location. Convenient walkable access to Nantucket shops and restaurants. We used bikes to travel to Jetties Beach. Other parts of the island are easily reached by taxi or Uber. House is nicely appointed, clean and maintained.
