Fantastic, spacious, clean and great location

The property was in a fantastic location and very spacious. Looked just like the photos and Paul was so accommodating and easy to deal with. We asked for an early check in and it was no problem at all. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The flat was spotlessly clean and spacious with lots of room and tastefully decorated. Absolutely fantastic location, very close to shops, bars and restaurants yet in a quiet spot so when back at the apartment it was extremely peaceful. The host Paul was really helpful with restaurant recommendations. Loved my stay in Paul’s place and will be back again for sure

Damp, Mould & 5 Flights of Stairs

Nothing.

There is a strong smell of damp throughout the property, particularly in the bathroom which had visible black mould on the ceiling and shower area. Wall paint was hanging off in the kitchen and bathroom from all the damp. Cheap air fresheners were used to mask the smell rather than resolve the issue. The bedframe in the master was taped together with black duct tape. Loose broken tiles and exposed screws around the bath area created a safety hazard — our toddler injured her toe on the sharp tiles at the bathroom entrance where a threshold bar should have been installed. Access to the property requires climbing 5 steep flights of stairs, which was not disclosed in the listing. Due to these issues my pregnant wife, toddler and I had to leave the property on day 2 of what was to be an 8 day stay. The property owner refused to grant a partial refund and was passive aggressive via email.

Great weekend in Sale

The apartment was in a perfect location just beside Sale. It was spotlessly clean and comfortably warm. Milk, coffee, tea and sugar were left for us. Paul had sent great instructions so we had no bother. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Door into the building needs consideration re safety standards. Often needed key to get out from inside - dangerous if a fire. Also only one set of keys which did cause some issues for us.

Big 2 bedroom flat. Top floor so quiet in an a large Victorian (?) house. Clean, well equipped and about 100m walk from shops, bars and restaurants.

Perfect for what we needed

Great location, great host. They offered us an extra bed to make sure we had a comfortable stay and not many adults had to share a bed which was really nice. I would definitely stay here again! The flat was very clean and great.

I did love how the owner is outgoing, and personally reaching out to me, to introduce himself what facilities were available at the premises. The whole decor of the apartment was outstanding, minimalistic, modern and clean. All of the available facilities were amazing too.
