Czysto. Ładnie. Wygodnie . Duża przestrzeń dla rodziny . Właściciel bardzo pomocny . Bardzo fajna okolica centrum Rzymu , wszędzie blisko. Cicha spokojna okolica. Idealne dla rodziny z dziećmi . W pobliżu fajne kawiarenki.

Lokalizacja apartamentu jest całkiem wygodna, tylko kilka minut od stacji metra i przystanków autobusowych z których można dojechać do centrum. Lokal jest przytulny i niezle wyposażony. W budynku jest winda.
Brak klimatyzacji, ale to akurat wiedziałem od początku. Nie zmienia to faktu, że kompletnie zmieniło by to jakość obiektu. Duże zastrzeżenie do właściciela obiektu: kiedy po podróży późnym wieczorem stoję przed drzwiami i nie mogę dostać się do apartamentu ponieważ właściciel zapomniał i poszedł na imprezę, to dla mnie to jest brak szacunku.
