A few small suggestions: providing socket adapters, kitchen towels, and changing sponges after each guest. The mattress is a bit worn out.

A great and convenient place to stay

Great location, very close to the metro, with shops, pharmacies, and a tobacco kiosk nearby. The apartment was clean and located in a safe area. It’s on the first floor (European numbering), so you’ll need to climb a few steps. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes except for a kettle. The intercom works well. The staff was exceptionally kind and always willing to assist.

The neighborhood may look a bit rough at first, but don’t worry — it’s actually safe. There was no sponge for washing dishes. Also, there was no washing machine or dryer in the apartment, even though they were shown in the photos — make sure to confirm this upon check-in. The kettle was missing (or we couldn’t find it), but you can boil water in a small pot. The apartment uses a key-operated energy-saving switch (you need the key to keep the power on), which is attached to the main key set. This can make access a bit tricky if one person stays inside.

Good stay to explore Rome

We are a family of 4 and stayed 3 nights. The room is small but it is an easy walk to the bus and metro stops to get to all the site seeing spots in Rome. It is clean and the kitchen is fine to cook an easy dinner.

The room isn’t very sound proof. So other residents that are noisy can be a bit bothersome.

Property is indeed good value for money paid - all main tourist sites within walking distance (except Vatican). Flat was nice. There are plenty places to eat nearby.

Air Conditioning is nice to have in hot summer day, but it was just above the bad. Otherwise we cannot complain. One more thing - we were 3, but all main sets in kitchen seems are for 2.

Good location, great host!

The host and communication was on point. as well as the location. We enjoyed our stay. Place was small but comfortable.

wifi didnt work as well, but we barely were home. there is kitchen and cups/ plates/ cutlers/pots /coffee machine, but no tea/ coffee itself, sugar, salt, pepper - like basic things that you wouldn't go buy yourself cause you are there for limited time. However the host was very nice and addressed all my requests. so overall we have very nice experience.

The location was good for access to the metro. communication was good. room good size but view from window poor, so ultimately room was dark.

No light at door outside when entering at night, 2 electrical outlets didn't work, shower backed up water very quickly while water pressure was weak, bed very uncomfortable, given price, quality of room wasn't equal

Great place to stay in Rome!

Great location, close to metro and bus stations; Many shops available nearby; Walkable distance to Colosseum; Spacious flat; Well equipped (all you need in the kitchenette); Clean bathroom; Comfortable, big and clean bed. Very good wi-fi quality; Hot water all the time (flat with own boiler).

The kitchenette furniture should be upgraded, as the fridge doesn't fit well. Thin walls, you can easily hear your neighbors. Lucky us, there were mainly quiet people during our stay. :)

Nice and convenient

The apartment was nice and convenient, provided all the necessary essentials. We were allowed to check in 1 hour earlier, which is very highly appreciated :) The manager was very welcoming and helpful. Responded very fast when we needed some assistance.

- I was reading reviews a lot before we booked and was aware that there is poor sound isolation, so it wasn't surprising. But it is true, so basically your sleep depends on who your neighbours are and on what time they go to bed :D In our case we had some neighbours who were coming to apartment at night, so they woke us up by being loud. - wifi is really, really poor. The manager restarted the wifi when we told this, but anyways it almost didn't work, so we were mainly using our mobile data, so if it is important for you to have good wifi, then take this in consideration.

We were there for a week but not once was the room cleaned. I was with my son and as you know you have to wear shoes to enter the room. It was pretty dirty.
