It was a bit smaller than we expected. No fault of the owner but roof renovations next door were very disturbing in the morning.

Perfect location and stay

Comfy stay and great facilities, well equipped kitchen and easy to use washing machine with a clothesline to dry our clothes. Excellent location, a walk away from the bay and local shops. We did a Bay of Islands tour and it was nice that we could walk to the pier meeting point instead of driving. Wonderful place and would definitely stay there again!

A perfect place to stay in Paihia!

Beautiful apartment in tranquil surroundings. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed for our stay with a washing machine also, which was very handy. Comfy beds, plenty of hot water in the shower, very clean, loved the decor, very homely. Only a short stroll to the town, beaches and tour pick ups which was excellent. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, easy check in instructions. Great value for money, We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment surrounded by native Bush and Manu

The apartment was great for our little family surrounded by native Bush High ip in the hills. 5mins from the beaches and town centre.

The arvo heat hit the apartment and there was no ac on the heatpump but we went swimming everyday around that time..so not too bad

The serene surrounds, being 'in the bush' hearing the Tui and Morepork, yet being so close to town and the beach. It was like a home away from home. Wifi and aircon were an added bonus! Plenty of extra bedding and towels, and a decent sized fridge/freezer.

There isn't a microwave or oven trays, which was a bit unexpected but still managed fine without 😉

Great location, quiet, tidy and all the amenities you could need plus more, even a lovely message left for us on arrival, plus a detailed info pack. Really enjoyed our stay here and if we ever return to Paihia (which is highly likely) we would choose to stay again. Thanks for a great few days

Piece of paradise in Paihia

Amazing hosts and facilities. Loved the use of te reo in the decor and how tropical the location is. Bird song wakes you in the morning, close to all the amenities but away from the hussle and bussle. Would recommend any small family like our self's or a couple wanting a weekend away. Can't wait to stay again
