Great stay from start to finish. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service, and very friendly staff who truly care about guests. The hotel is well located and offers great value for money. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend

An excellent stay right in the heart of Prishtina. The hotel offers great comfort, outstanding cleanliness, and a very friendly, professional staff. The central location makes everything easily accessible. The hotel was extremely luxurious, with beautifully designed corridors where you felt tempted to stop and take a photo at every turn. Every detail reflected elegance and high standards
