Wohn-und Küchenbereich ist sehr großzügig. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Sehr gute Sicherheit.
Zimmer sind etwas klein, schwer Gepäck unterzubringen.

Location was good sat on the boarder of veleta, main street of Tulum and a short trip to the beach
The villa we stayed in was close to the main road and was quite noisy from 7am through to 10pm. This was he only thing we could really fault. Maybe a suggestion to put up more shurbs to drown out noise

It’s huge and nice. Bedrooms are really nice specially the upstairs one!
There were problems with electricity and the pool was a bit cold.
