I like the layout everyone could get their floor, the beds were really comfy. The outside area was nice too. They had everything to cook and eat. The pools were nice though we didn’t have much time to enjoy.
It was a bit difficult to check-in as the property didn’t know who we were booking with.

The support team were excellent and resolved and issue we were having very quickly. The location is close enough to central Tulum and close enough to grocery store and restaurants. Nice working ACs in all rooms and I loved the blackout curtains and choice of 2 adults sized pools + a children's play area separately. The private pool at the top was a dream! It's a really great place to rest and enjoy.
There were lots of barking dogs overnight that affected my sleep a lot. The humming sound of the AC helped a little.
