It is a apartment on Los Amigos, sparesort. There are two big swimming pools, and the resort area is nice. You have access to spa and gym. Proberbly some of the nicest aparments out of the hotel zone in Tulum.
Its a bit out of town, it takes 15-20 min before reaching the pedestrian street. The cleaning agent they used were awful, it smelled for 3 days in our room. Please use another that doesnt smell like vinegar.

Gabo was the best host providing us with suggestions of the area and granted us a late checkout. We used the spa & gym every day.

gabriel was very friendly and offered us good suggestions on the area.
staff was amazing!
suggest you rent a car as Tulum is rather spread and la Veleta is not walking distance to the beach. this is not a negative point, more an advice for people who have not been before
