The space in the house for everyone to be able to get by their self. Access to the convention center, and food. Overall great time with family.
Crowds were a little loud at night, and you could hear people above you.

Large apartment with multiple bedrooms for everyone to spread out in - super close to the beach, but not right on
pool was decent size and the hot tub was amazing! having laundry, stove, and fridge was a huge perk
plus the porch was amazing
the shower was beautiful and had nice hot water
everything was either within walking distance or 15 minute drive to any big attractions
hosts replied back quickly to any questions
only issue was even though the pool closed at 10 and quiet hours were 11; there were people who would be up for hours after partying and being loud --- not really the buildings or the hosts fault though

Location,pool, clean, well appointed unit , parking.
Stair access only! Unavoidable unfortunately. Stairways need painting. Showing some age. Everything else was perfect for our needs.
