First I’ll say we loved the apartment and property. I’d stay there again but with more knowledge this time. The day we checked saw roaches in the kitchen. Reported it through messaging on booking. Response was they were looking into it. Didn’t hear anything else on it. I saw where there was mandatory spraying which would have been a few days before we arrived. The kitchen cookware was very very basic. I wish I had known there were only two small skillets, 2 small sauce pans and a small 3qt pot. They weren’t large enough to cook a full meal for 5 people. It was more for 1-2 people. One small glass casserole dish. The master bedroom closet was blocked by the nightstand so it didn’t open unless you moved the nightstand completely out. So we didn’t use it. Unfortunately someone near us was smoking both cigarettes and pot on the balcony so we didn’t get to really enjoy the balcony as much the first few days. Reported that as well through messages on booking and response was an apology and they would have housekeeping keep an eye on it. It didn’t stop for days.

I liked the ease of checking in/out without going to the front desk

The late check ins and early check out....pretty much your first and last day is a waste of money.
