Ocean-Front Condos at Patricia Grand

The view was ideal. We loved the balcony 😍 and beach access. The beds were so comfortable. Parking was easy across the street.

A fresh coat of paint would jazz up the place. The sofa needs to be replaced or cleaned because it was stained by previous guests.

Very convenient location being directlyon the beach was so nice. The space was nice and but crowded their were 5 of us and had plenty of room. All the staff was very friendly and helpful if needed. Thanks for making it trip a good one.

The freezer had a build up of ice under the tray which made the tray slide out when you open the door. And we could not get the outlet in the bathroom to work.

Plenty of pools & hot tubs, onsite restaurant, walking distance to plenty of places

Dogs left in rooms barking or road noise from cars/bikes ravings engines

I like that the room was clean, even though I still went over some surfaces and wiped down counters and door handles, I also liked that the ocean front view was perfect!

I didn’t like the terrible smell we couldn’t get out of the room. I bought my own cleaning supplies and wiped everything down and tried to spray Lysol and the smell just wouldn’t leave. We searched to see if any food may have been forgotten but no that wasn’t the case. Another thing the bed sheets felt very clammy. I know it’s hard trying to keep good furniture in hotels that are constantly being booked but the furniture was really old the nightstand had a big chunk of wood missing on the side, the couch had a few stains. I think it would be decent with a few things touched up. It was dog poop every (not in our room) but all through the halls and parking lot.
