Great small apartment with all the necessary amenities. The self check-in process is also straight forward and easy. Close to a bus stop from where you can get to the city center in no time.
During summer the apartment becomes very hot and there is no airflow. Air conditioning or a fan would be beneficial to have.

Very nicely fitted out studio apartment in the suburbs of Munich. Has cooking facilities and washing machine. Very convenient to bus stop and supermarket, and there are several restaurants 100m-400m away.
It should be noted that you will need to get a train and then bus to the property from the station or the downtown attractions. Having said that, Munich has excellent public transport connections, so it does not take much time to get around.

Location and had easy access to Supermarket, Pharmacy etc., There was plenty of Parking available around the building and a nice park to take a stroll in the morning / evening.
Being on the first floor and with no A/C or fans, we had to keep the balcony door open. The apartment being close to dumpster area, made the room full with flies, which was very irritating. WiFi was poor and had intermittent drops.
