60sqm "Piece of heaven" in Munich's south

Exceptional Host: The host was absolutely amazing, incredibly welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Flawless Check-In: The check-in process was very well-organized, quick, and entirely stress-free and friendly and informative. Fully Loaded Facilities: The flat is packed with every single facility you could possibly need and more. The bathroom in particular was excellent and fully equipped with modern fixtures. Prime Location: Situated right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to get around. This place truly went above and beyond to provide a comfortable, stylish urban stay. We highly recommend it and would definitely book here again!

Sofa Bed: Just as a minor point, it might be worth giving the sofa bed a quick look or tune-up to ensure it is as comfortable as the rest of the fantastic furniture in the flat

Veel ruimte, lekkere drankjes en snoep van de host. Aardige en behulpzame eigenaar.

De lift was krap en traag.

It was great to be met by Steffen who was informative & friendly. He showed us the private parking place for our motorcycle, and gave us a tour of the apartment. He showed us how to use the washing machine, the fridge filled with complimentary wine, beer & soft drinks. Also the jars full of chocolate & sweets. :-) Very nice! The apartment itself was very spacious, huge TV, contemporary decor. The kitchen was well equipped, with a nice selection of coffee pods & teas. Plenty of coat hangers. The bedroom with it's large bed had the bonus of a balcony looking out on to a quiet urban background framed by mature trees. A great location just 5 minutes walk from the U-bahn (with connections to the Altstadt), shops, bars & restaurants. It truly felt as if we were residents in this vibrant suburb. We wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights.

Great property, great hospitality, great host.
