60sqm "Piece of heaven" in Munich's south

Veel ruimte, lekkere drankjes en snoep van de host. Aardige en behulpzame eigenaar.

De lift was krap en traag.

It was great to be met by Steffen who was informative & friendly. He showed us the private parking place for our motorcycle, and gave us a tour of the apartment. He showed us how to use the washing machine, the fridge filled with complimentary wine, beer & soft drinks. Also the jars full of chocolate & sweets. :-) Very nice! The apartment itself was very spacious, huge TV, contemporary decor. The kitchen was well equipped, with a nice selection of coffee pods & teas. Plenty of coat hangers. The bedroom with it's large bed had the bonus of a balcony looking out on to a quiet urban background framed by mature trees. A great location just 5 minutes walk from the U-bahn (with connections to the Altstadt), shops, bars & restaurants. It truly felt as if we were residents in this vibrant suburb. We wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights.

The property was clean. There is a parking spot right in front. It’s fully stashed with drinks upon arrival great and accessible location and no noise.

One of the couch, which transforms into a bed is not super comfortable, but does work for a couple of days..
