Une entrée privée et 41 marches pour monter à l'appartement qui est fabuleux : marbre, terazzo, tableaux, meubles, tout est dans le bon goût vénitien. Tout est spacieux et somptueux. Les chambres et les sanitaires sont très confortables. Le petit balcon est parfait pour le petit déjeuner du matin ou le café du soir. L'équipement de la cuisine permet de préparer des repas pour profiter de la convivialité de la grande table centrale. L'emplacement est plutôt calme, dans une petite rue proche de quelques petites boutiques alimentaires et restaurants et pas très éloigné du Rialto et de la Place Saint Marc et de l'embarcadère pour les bateaux taxis.

Kaffeetassen zusätzlich zu Esspressotassen wären prima. Eierbecher für gekochte Eier ebenfalls.
Messer, Gabel, Löffel sind overdesigned und nicht wirklich benutzerfreundlich.

The Palace of the Wisteria was the perfect place to be in Venice with a big family group. Everyone had en suite bedrooms and plenty of common areas. The property is 5mins away from the madness that Venice can become on high season. Conveniently located near 2 vaporetto stations (8min and 6 min away) a supermarket (7 minutes) and less than a minute walk from delicious restaurants, pharmacy, and stores.
We had fun, we felt connected and we enjoyed Venice at our own pace with the comfort of being in a house with a functional kitchen.
The host was always available and arranged water taxis to and from the airport and even a visit to a Murano factory.
The property is located on a 3rd floor with no elevator.
We would definitely come back and recommend it to others. Thank you for everything.
As a proper venetian house every morning we had to run downstairs at the ring of the bell to give the garbage man our trash... It became a sport.
