Hoodo - HBR Layout Bangalore Apartments

A tastefully decorated two bedroom apartment , well equipped and neatly maintained. The kitchen has all the basic necessities with even coffee tea and milk and cornflakes provided. The bathrooms are clean and stocked with toiletries. All rooms are air conditioned. Location is bang on the Service road of the Outer Ring Road and the apartment is on the fourth floor of a commercial building. Basement parking and lift available. Located in an area where restaurants etc are plenty and closeby. The caretakers were very friendly.

One of the toilets had a loose toilet seat which was inconvenient and a sewage stench when flushed. The only major negative experience was the dispute which arose between us and the property manager over demanding direct payment when the card details were already provided at the time of booking and the booking confirmation stated that card would be charged prior to check in. The property manager started requesting for direct payment as soon as we checked in and continued to pester us till midnight. This was finally sorted through booking.com but messed up our evening and left a bitter taste

The flat wasn't the one we booked but it was immaculate. The caretakers and manager were excellent. They were kind and helpful. We had a few electrical issues, which happens often all over India, and the staff lept into action everytime. There was always someone to help with bags. Really great stay.

This is not a negative just an observation. It would be helpful to have someone who could arrange taxis as we couldn't download the taxi apps.
