The location was convenient, about 4 km from the hospital. The room was clean, the Wi-Fi was very good, and I felt it offered good value for money. The security was very good.
The bedding looked older than it appeared in the Booking.com photos. The apartment is in RLSS Residency, while the Booking.com listing is under HomeSlice. It took a little extra effort to find the correct location because the building name is different.The rooms were on the top floor with an open seating area. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the evening, so we couldn't comfortably sit outside. They could also enter the room if the door was left open, but keeping the door closed prevented this.

The best part of the stay was definitely the terrace. The view was beautiful and, quite frankly, it saved the overall experience of the room.
The pictures of the room were not an accurate representation of what we received upon check-in.
Secondly, the terrace chairs and sofa were dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for several days. The bed sheets also need to be changed and maintained to a much better standard.
The room has so much potential, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall upkeep are not even up to the standard I would expect from an average homestay.
With better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation, this could be a much better experience.
