Spacious, great service, shower curtain

Double blanket would have been better than single. The blanket needs a cover. The bed needs a bed cover.

The location is perfect - there is not a lot of properties in the vicinity of tech parks that maintain a certain quality bar. The unit is accessible via Uber/Auto/Walking easily from main roads easily. The apartment is also spacious and the common area is well furnished. It helps to have a butler on call for laundry and food.

When I checked in, there were multiple issues: - the garbage from previous stay had not been disposed - the toilet soap box had a dirty nozzle with solidified dirt - multiple switches in the room were broken - the fan was slow and made noise - there is no summer blanket - only a thick quilt Now each of these are level of detail that turned me off. They should have been fixable, but it required following up a bunch of times with the local caretaker as well as the operations manager on ground. More importantly, there was a lot of push back from the staff on the issues highlighted and they were not open to feedback. What pains me is that this is a great opportunity wasted - the unit is indeed quite beautiful and comfortable generally, but the owners are no longer involved, and have outsourced upkeep to incompetent staff that don't understand what premium or "luxury homes" are abour.

I am thrilled that I booked this property. It is an exceptional property. It exceeded my expectations throughout, from the point I started my conversations to book the property, checking in, the plushness and cleanliness, the breakfast, the host - everything was simply amazing.

Excellent. This accommodation is closer to a hotel than it is to an apartment type. You will have access to your personal butler who will make you complementary breakfast every morning (you have a choice of Indian and western breakfasts, I only sampled Indian food and it was excellent) and they also provide things like shampoo, soap, toothbrush etc. Laundry services were also included in the price. They have very good optical internet, which was important to me as I was working remotely while staying there.

They should change whatever laundry detergent / fabric softener they are using, while my clothes were returned clean they did not smell as nicely as I would have liked. Same can be said for provided towels. Also keep in mind this is a shared type of accommodation, there are 3 separate units they are renting with a huge shared space. I did not notice this when I was making the booking (as I was doing it in the middle of the night to get out of a horror show hotel I had initially booked), but keep it in mind nevertheless.
