Φανταστική τοποθεσία. 1 λεπτο απο το κέντρο (λιοντάρια)! Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα.
Το μόνο μειονέκτημα είναι οτι το διαμέρισμα είχε πολύ φασαρία απο τα διερχόμενα αυτοκίνητα και μηχανάκια γιατί τα κουφώματα είναι παλιά και δεν προσφέρουν καμία ηχομόνωση (συρρόμενα αλουμινίου)

Great location, close to port and close to both bus stations (central & city(for Knossos)). Lift to floors. Very clean. Large balcony. Supermarket very close by. Many bars, cafe & restaurants in easy walking distance. The Archeological museum just round the corner, superb museum.
Only issue was, although it had a kitchenette for storaging & cooking, there were no cooking utensils or pots & pans. I bought a saucepan & frying pan (top quality), so I could cook on the stove top. I left them for the cleaner to have.

The location was perfect, very convenient to walk around the center of the city. The room was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed.
The door was making sounds like the wind was slamming it constantly. We put some paper in the door to make it stop. The towels were probably dried in a dryer with a lot of plastic fluff and after the shower when I tried to dry myself all this plastic fluff went all over me. Very annoying and itchy. The covers instead of being double were either single or semi-double blanket in a double duvet cover which was inconvenient when two people are sleeping

Great location in the heart of Heraklion, comfortable bed, hidden LED lights around the room created a nice atmosphere.
The door was programmed to open strictly at 3.00pm, however when I asked for an early check-in at 2.00 they replied "upon availability".
I found 3 long dark pieces of hair on one of the pillows upon arrival. Only 1 teabag and 1 instant coffee as part of the amenities seems quite miserly.
Generally, not a value for money option.
