The location was excellent, very close to the city centre, though a quiet spot. There was a misunderstanding with the cot for our little son but the host resolved the problem immediately and he was very nice and helpful. The flat was spacious and well-equipped (especially kitchenette). We really recommend it, especially for the families or small groups.
The flat was pretty clean, just it would be great, if someone checks on regularly the rubbish and toilet paper during the longer stays.

The location is good, close to the port of Heraklion, so easy to access city center by foot and also the port (but be aware, there's a distance with ferry station, especially with luggages) The host was very responsive, when we arrived, we found out the room wasn't set for 4 persons, we were missing towels and bedding stuff, but when we reached out to the host, he came to help us immediately (after midnight), we really appreciate his prompt help.
The countertop of the kitchen is VERY tiny.

A very good location, as it is close to the city center and the port as well. There is a washing machine for laundry, which is something not found in many of the apartments we rented. The staff responded quickly and were friendly and ready to answer questions.
We didn't realize the apartment was in the basement when we booked. That was definitely our mistake. There was a slight musty smell. And the apartment needs more attention to control the flies.
