Marvelous Midtown Stay with a Modern Twist

I received the code before check in, which felt safe since it seems like the code changes with each stay. It made me feel safer as a solo female traveler. Tim was such a responsive host and addressed my questions in a timely manner! The parking on the property was a great perk because street parking could be tougher sometimes in this area though depending on the time of the day, you could find it. The other tenants/neighbors adhered to the quiet hours other than some minor walking up the stairs noise.

Having more kitchen towels and a water filter would have been awesome. But honestly for one night's stay it was not really super needed. And I'm probably nitpicking. :)

Having a full functional kitchen was perfect for us.

The location in Midtown is excellent! We had a vehicle and so loved the private parking, but everything was so close we ended up walking everywhere—including down to the Capitol Park! Regarding the private parking, I loved having a rear, private access from the room so we could quickly and easily unload/load our baggage! We also loved the room with comfortable bed and quiet ceiling fan. I appreciated the clean and well adorned bathroom, and we found the fully stocked kitchen great—including ground coffee!

We stayed Monday and Tuesday night. Tuesday morning comes early if you’re up late picking up folks from the airport because that is trash day. The trash and recycling containers sit immediately outside the bedroom window so you’re not likely to be able to sleep through that!

Great location! Loved the easy access to everything and the awesome neighborhood vibe.

The only real issue I had with anything was the host telling us we will be charged $50 bucks for “late check out”. We left at 11:15 - which, sure is 15 minutes past. But it’s pretty gauche to not have even that small of a grace period. It really changed my opinion on an otherwise great experience at the place.
