Marvelous Midtown Stay with a Modern Twist

Big space, very cozy, in a good location

We did not face any problems with the property. We were a bit bummed out with the lack of entertainment options on the tv, but we know it’s not required and it wouldn’t stop us from booking again :)

The location was great with many restaurants to walk to. I appreciated having a place to park my car too!

Parking on site. Clean and updated

First floor was on the alley. 4 large trash cans were right next to the only bedroom. Homeless were noisy rummaging through the cans at all hours. Management accused us of having guests spend the night which was not true whatsoever. We had our grandkids over during the day for an hour or so. They automatically jumped to conclusions and basically asked us to leave. A simple inquiry would have mitigated the issue. Once we informed them of the situation they dropped the evacuation order.

I received the code before check in, which felt safe since it seems like the code changes with each stay. It made me feel safer as a solo female traveler. Tim was such a responsive host and addressed my questions in a timely manner! The parking on the property was a great perk because street parking could be tougher sometimes in this area though depending on the time of the day, you could find it. The other tenants/neighbors adhered to the quiet hours other than some minor walking up the stairs noise.

Having more kitchen towels and a water filter would have been awesome. But honestly for one night's stay it was not really super needed. And I'm probably nitpicking. :)
