Perfect Location Walking Distance to Everything

It was a safe neighborhood, close to the venue we were able to walk to, mostly clean, and decorated nicely. Couch was comfy! It was easy to get in and out, and the property manager was easy to get a hold of if needed. Neighborhood is quiet.

The desk did not have a desk chair, like pictured (It was a tiny little dining chair) which was disappointing because we were looking for a comfortable place to work. The table and other things were different as well, so photos needed to be updated. It smelled and looked clean initially but desperately needs deep cleaning - there’s lots of thick dust on molding, tile, ceiling fans, etc. so when air starts moving so does the dust. The bed was probably one of the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever had to sleep on recently years of traveling. Not only does the bed frame creak a LOT, but the spring mattress is painful to lay on. The listing said no parking on site, but the check in instructions we got the DAY OF also said no parking during the day, 7 days a week, in two hour increments only. We wished this was disclosed prior to booking, and they said it was disclosed (and quoted it in the message) but we took screenshots on our end and it was not there. It was never disclosed until we received check in instructions. We got lucky enough to find a spot without a time limit on Sundays (our primary day of being there). Lastly, you should probably check the bathroom fan and the fridge. They both run so loud it sounds like they’re going to explode.
