Fin beliggenhet, nærhet til stranda. Kort avstand til Marbella sentrum. Bassengområdet var bra. Bra kommunikasjon med utleier.
Dårlig utstyrt leilighet. Skygge på verandaen frem til 12 siden den ligger innerst på rekken. Mye mygg på kvelden. Lite fleksibilitet med bagasje ved utsjekking, den kan ikke oppbevares hos vakten eller tas med til bassengområdet.

Everything you need within walking distance of the beach and old town. Plentiful parking.
The property appears to be a complex of management company serviced and owned units. The reception staff are available for some matters only. Also, the phone triggered driveway gate did not work for us, but this was possible to remedy by asking the reception staff to open the gate.

Great location with a lovely pool The apartment is spacious and was very clean
Sadly the apartment is a rather tired rental and needs a little attention. The tiles in the bathroom need fixing, some of the crockery is chipped, the plaster by the door is chipped, the fridge seal needs attention and there is a chip in the kitchen worktop. There is a fabulous balcony but there is so much furniture on it you can barely move! All in all it just needs a good refurbishment
