Marbella Trocadero Beach, Pool and Tennis

Amazing location and spacious villa, great communication with landlord. We really loved the place. Coming back for sure!

Nothing really, the roller blinds were not working in one of the bedrooms but no biggie as there were curtains.

It is a large property very close to the sea, suitable for a large family or two families.

It is a bit dated, needs repairs. Even if there is plenty of outdoor space, the roof top terase needs to be cleaned and arranged to be used by tourists.

Perfect location close to the beach and shops, not too far from Marbella town. The host was very nice and willing to help. We loved our stay!

The location is amazing, steps from the boardwalk and an easy walk to Marbella. The rooftop patio was perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. The house is well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. The owner was kind enough to let us drop our bags off early while it was being cleaned.

We were provided the incorrect (old) key fob upon check-in, so we did not have access to the pool, tennis court, padel court or the parking. We checked-in on Monday afternoon and we did not receive the correct fob until Wednesday morning. With our check-out scheduled for Thursday morning, we were without these services for the majority of our stay. This was unfortunate, as the pool on Thursday was amazing and we would have loved to be able to use it for the full duration. We were not provided with a refund or compensation by the owner for the lack of these services during our stay. The unit next door is undergoing renovations, so it was quite loud for our infant trying to sleep during the day. We were also unable to sit outside the unit during the day due to the noise. Not something the owner can control, but something to be aware of. If you plan to leave during the day, it will likely not be disruptive to your stay. They were finished by approximately 4 or 5pm each day.
