This was a new area in St Augustine that we had no previously visited. We were able to walk to restaurants and explore the area of Lincolnville. So much history in the area.

Clean property and house, which is hard to come by. Check in was super easy. I liked that there was no carpet! Has everything you need for a few nights stay. The location is nice and quiet, it’s just a few minutes drive from basically everything. The house is unique and decorated nicely. The back yard stayed rather cool for May because of the nice shade the trees provide. Would recommend for a couple or small family of 3 or 4.
For a house rental, there’s really nothing that could be better. The house was exactly what I expected and as described in the narrative. I wish more vacation rentals were clean like this house.
