Really nice staff. It is my 2nd time coming to this hotel, because their service is perfect. Everytime I come to Tashkent, I stay here. Rooms are clean, people are polite. Breakfast is so delicious.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well equipped. We have enjoyed the gym, spa and the sauna.

Terrible room condition with great staff!
Staff were so so kind, only saving grace
Drinking water was served in reused glass bottles and had to be poured out
But glasses were dirty, kettle was dirty
Room was so warm and so stuffy with no ventilation
Had to open the window in winter
Staff didn't do much about it
Hair dryer was faulty, cause it couldn't unfold properly, spoilt hinge
Curtains had blood stains on them
