Everything was perfect! The location - just about 5 minutes walk to Colosseum. Valerio greeted us there and was super nice and welcoming! Air-conditioning was saving our lifes in the heat 😄 Stairs were not as bad as I thought after reading reviews - help you burn all the pizzas and ice creams. 😉 My favorite part was the balcony - having breakfast with parrots flying around and relaxing evenings with cold drink looking over busy streets.
A little bit of sewage pipe smell in the bathroom, but it's just normal during hot weather and it was not unbearable. With open window barely noticeable.
