Clementinam Suite Colosseum

​Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour à la Suite Clementina Colosseum. C'est une excellente adresse pour profiter pleinement de Rome ! ​L'emplacement est idéal dans un super quartier, parfait pour tout visiter à pied. Un immense merci à Maria Gabriella pour sa gentillesse : la communication a été fluide et très agréable du début à la fin. Elle est extrêmement réactive et nous a partagé de superbes adresses locales qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus sympa ! ​Concernant l'appartement, j'avais vu les commentaires précédents: ​Confort & Équipements : L'appartement était très propre. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement (un vrai bonheur !), l'équipement global est bien et la literie du lit principal est tout à fait confortable. La literie du canapé est un peu plus basique, mais cela convient très bien pour quelques nuits. ​Sur le bruit et la lumière : Il y a effectivement un peu de vie le soir en raison du bar à proximité, mais vivant près de Paris, cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangés. Pour la lumière du jour, cela peut gêner les adeptes du noir complet, mais on vient à Rome pour explorer la ville, pas pour faire la grasse matinée ! ​Bref, un bilan globalement très positif et une hôte au top. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Very comfortable apartment. Easy to get to, good location for sightseeing and restaurants

Not the property’s fault but the Piazza outside has people drinking there until 2.30 am so it is pretty noisy

Really loved the layout, decoration and facilities. Location was great for access to the city.

The square near the property is where people come to drink cocktails outside, it is fun and vibrant, the bar is open until 2am, our daughter slept through the noise but we struggled some nights.

The overall location close to many restaurants and to one of the main tourist areas around the Colosseum and Forum is excellent and it was only a short walk to some of the museum's and galleries that we wanted to visit so we did not need to use anything other than our own feet for the whole trip. The apartment was very clean and tidy and everything we used worked fine

The noise outside was too much to allow good sleep and the apartment would clearly benefit from modern double glazing that would help to reduce the sound level which did not finish until 3 am some mornings. It actually ended with people emptying bins of glass bottles so even if you were asleep this woke you up. An additional minor thing, easily fixed, is that the upstairs window would benefit from a dark curtain as the light from the bar opposite shone quite brightly also not helping with sleep
