Location of the property and the amazing garden available to use. Even a tennis court! Parking right outside was great. Layout of the cottage was ideal and beds very comfy.

Heating needed adjusting as radiators were not all on.

Cosy, lovingly renovated and maintained. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jo is lovely and welcomed us on our arrival to get us oriented and set up. We were only a few minutes from Westpoint for our event, and it was the perfect retreat after busy days - as it’s very rural, it’s quiet and calm. Spent an hour or two up at the lookout with a cup of tea, too - what a view! Would absolutely stay again if ever in the area.

Quiet and picturesque country location but conveniently close to Exeter city. Welcoming and helpful host. Light and cheerful inside. Very useful for us having both bedrooms on the ground floor, with an en-suite and a bathroom respectivelyas one of our party was in her nineties.

Nothing really wrong. Maybe under-unit lights would be desirable in the kitchen area in the dark winter months but we had no problem in the good weather and there are plenty of lights already.

Extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean with ample parking
