Quiet and picturesque country location but conveniently close to Exeter city. Welcoming and helpful host. Light and cheerful inside. Very useful for us having both bedrooms on the ground floor, with an en-suite and a bathroom respectivelyas one of our party was in her nineties.
Nothing really wrong. Maybe under-unit lights would be desirable in the kitchen area in the dark winter months but we had no problem in the good weather and there are plenty of lights already.
