Clean, spacious, gave views of the lake

Access difficult. Keys not available as arranged, when they were handed over they did not allow access. Obvious that locks had been changed. Agent for Heart of the Lakes very helpful in resolving this. Chaotic and somewhat stressful but no apologies or acknowledgment from various agents or indeed the owner who visited during our stay.

Issue with hot water for a family if 5. Wasn’t water enough for all of us having a shower.
