Romney 12

Two bathrooms, good size property, lovely private patio, with lake view. Walks close by

I have to be honnest and give out the full story I was skeptical as there were only 10 reviews of this place . Seems to be a private summer vacation apartment rented to guests . It has a nice location near the ambylside boat station ( 3 minutes walk) . The apartment is modest and cosy and has so many utensils and equipment you can use . A clear instruction manual , dvd movies and board games you can use , a beautiful patio . Honestly for a family of 4 to 5 this place is ideal . You even get a nice parking spot .

2 things need serious improvement and i hope the owners take note seriously hence the 8/10 rating . The first is that once you reach the area ( romney grange ) you get lost and don't really know which apartment is romney 12 ?? In a long email they send you once you book , it would be nice to make a colorful map of the parking spaces you are allowed to use and the exact location of romney 12 or photos of the property entrance. The second issue was the poor response when i needed assistance, 4 hours after checking in i discovered the patio door is not locking properly using the key , I immediately messaged [email protected] and called the registered phone number and there was zero response on the span of 3 days , i went down to lakelovers office down the street from where i got the keys and informed the nice lady on the next day and she took note on a paper , but no one came for maintance. I was really upset and gave up in the end .

Fabulous property, amazing views, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, games , books and dvds selection!
