Excellent studio: enjoyable and relaxing moments at the Belgian seaside

The studio apartment is very easily located and accessible by public transport (very near the tram stop in De Panne) and close to the beach. It was very clean, very well equipped with furniture and kitchem utensils to make your stay (long or short) very confortable. Despite its close proximity to the beach and other central/ populated areas, it was very quiet inside, which made it easy to rest well during the night. The host was very responssive - provided prompt instructions on the exact location, how to access the key etc and responded quickly to other additional questions. It is also very well suited for elderly people/ those with mobility issues. I travelled with my elderly mother and she also found the place very confortable and accessible.

Bring all necessary from home and will be amazing

The place has parking spots close by. The apartment is small but very well organised. The check-in made by phone is a little strange but gives you flexibility. The owner is a very nice person and quick in replying.

The heater was not on, and it was a very cold evening, so in the first half an hour, we were a little chilly. For the money you pay, you should add on top extra money for towels and sheets that I think should be included. There was also no replacement for toilet paper or even kitchen paper. Those are some basics that should always be in. There's a senseo coffee machine, but if you do not have pads, you can not have a coffee. Luckily, we were super prepared, and we did not miss anything.

Bereikbaarheid met de auto, wordt door de host in de beschrijving voortaan beter aangegevem Accomodatie met zeezicht! Wij hadden vanuit onze Studio geen zeezicht, wel vanaf het balkonnetje in de verte de zee. Privacy. De bewoners van het gebouw naast ons konden zo in onze Studio kijken. De host heeft het voornemen om een glasgordijn aan te brengen, zodat je niet van buiten naar binnen kunt kijken, maar wel van binnen naar buiten.

Fijne accomodatie in De Panne!

Zeer fijne accomodatie, alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Er is een uitklapbaar bed in de woonkamer, maar dit stoort absoluut niet. Keuken en badkamer zijn zeer netjes. Contact met de eigenaar loopt heel vlot. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Très beau studio proche de la mer avec toute les commodités disponibles immédiatement

Appartement à 100m de la mer, bien agencé avec un cuisine bien équipée (frigo/congélateur, micro-ondes, four, cuisinière et lave-vaisselle en parfait état de fonctionnement. SDB très pratiques, douche italienne avec siège pour personnes âgées. Placards de rangement intégrés dans le vestibule d'entrée. Produits de nettoyage sous l'évier de la cuisine et quelques essuies vaisselle. Appartement fonctionnel immédiatement dès l'arrivée avec le frigo branché et à bonne température. Wi-Fi gratuit + grande TV à écran plat, accès aux diffusion des chaînes françaises et néerlandaises, même américaines.

Il manquait un sèche-linge portatif que l'on peut déplier sur la terrasse pour profiter du soleil pour sécher les essuies de bains et maillots ou tout autres vêtements que l'on aurait lavé à la main. Absence de machine à laver.

Unterkunft und Umgebung

Der Strand und die ganze Umgebung vom Hotel war super sauber, alles in der Nähe, Fahrrad Verleih 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt, Billard und Darts 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, alle Restaurants und Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war mit allem was man braucht ausgestatten, schön, gemütlich und super sauber! Alles war perfekt!

Séjour très agréable, mention spéciale au loueur qui parle français et qui est très attentionné.

J'ai beaucoup aimé la literie, la télévision pivotante, la propreté générale, les équipements fonctionnels et les petites attention du loueur (liquide vaisselle et 1 tablette LV sur place) ainsi que sa disponibilité.

Le sous sol où il faut se rendre pour aller aux poubelles. (il faut une clef pour ouvrir ce local poubelle, ou des badges pour sortir par le portail, c'est important de le savoir)
