    Fantastic service from check in to check out! This is the most well-thought out hotel I've stayed in (and I've stayed in plenty, eight other hotels in this one trip alone). The sizable room is chocked full of touches that are actually useful for a supremely comfortable stay. Fully adjustable lighting throughout the room. Huge bathroom equipped with rain shower and sauna mist, AND a bathub with bubbles and mood lighting! The next morning, we went hunting for the breakfast place, only to find they deliver it to your room! Perhaps the only blemish is that some rooms faces a busy room and motorcyclists can be noisy at times. But this is not hotel's fault and they tried to minimise it with double glazed windows and provided ear plugs. Did not affect our sleep but those more sensitive to noise might want to ask for rooms with quieter facing. Would we stay again? Without a doubt if we're in the area again.

    We had a wonderful 3 nights at this hotel. The staff were very kind and polite. The electric bikes provided by the hotel allowed us to explore a lot of the area. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with lots of lovely complimentary toiletries. Many rooms have sea and mountain views and we felt very pampered to see Fuji from our window. Would definitely stay again.
