Rated Meublé de Tourisme 4 Stars, this modern detached home has 3 bedrooms and is only 35 minutes' drive from Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport and 10 minutes' drive from the beautiful sandy beaches at the lively resorts of St Pierre la Mer and Narbonne Plage.
Midway between the historic towns of Béziers and Narbonne, it is set in the charming village of Fleury d'Aude within walking distance of the village center (supermarket, bar, restaurants, take-aways, boulanger, tabac...).
Relax in the private garden with pool and south-facing patio. 3 double beds (1 x 160cm, 2 x 140cm) for up to 6 guests, cook in lovely modern fully-equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and hob, extractor fan. Utility room with washing machine and additional fridge. Spacious and comfortable lounge with wood burning fire and a large dining room with work space and air conditioning/heating.
Upstairs, the landing has an air conditioning/heating unit, 2 double bedrooms and bathroom. There is also private off-road parking for up to 3 cars. For bookings in July and August, check-in can either be on a Saturday or Sunday and check out is on a Saturday.

We had an exceptional stay in Kim's beautiful villa in Fleury. It was, without a doubt, the best equipped holiday house we have ever stayed in. Everything is in pristine condition and Kim is taking care of every detail. Furthermore, the communication with Kim was friendly and very helpful. She made sure from day one, we have everything we need.Not to forget Esther and her husband who take care of the house. Very friendly people and all in all a wonderful holiday experience.

We can clearly recommend this villa. It has been very tidy and clean. Everything is in a very good state and the location is well situated near Carcassonne, Canal du Midi, Narbonne, Beziers and other nice locations. The host and Concergie were always available supportive and friendly. In total a very nice location for your holidays

We had a great stay in a really nice holiday home. It has everything you need as a family. And if you have problems or questions there was always somebody reachable.The area is beautiful and varied. For us it was great that the owner is English speaking because our French isn' t that good.
