With your feet in the water and uninterrupted sea views, this rare villa is ideally located in a very quiet and highly sought-after cul-de-sac (with far less traffic than the seafront of Narbonne-Plage).
Enjoy swimming directly on the beach just in front of the house, or relax in the private pool set in a rear garden that is perfectly sheltered from both wind and overlooking.
The pool features an automatic saltwater treatment system (soft, lightly salted water), an electric cleaning robot, and an electric safety cover (plus a protective fence).
Outdoors, you can experience truly special moments: aperitifs on the sea-facing terrace, meals in the sheltered garden, or relaxing on the wooden deck overlooking the sea.

The House was really clean and very well equiped.
Located at the beach, with nice view. The pool was just amazing, which we used daily. our contact with the agency cannot be better. We felt warmly welcome there. A lot of nice restaurants was just a view minutes away (by walking) and also the daily market is just a foot walk away.
What should we say, high five, thumbs up, and for sure...we want to come back very soon!

La récompense est au bout du trajet avec les bouchons. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'agence qui nous a fait découvrir la maison. Les espaces permettent de vivre chacun à son rythme.
Les équipements sont très complets, il ne nous a rien manqué.
Le top pour passer de bonnes vacances est bien évidemment l'espace extérieur avec la piscine et la proximité de la mer.
Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cette maison de vacances.

Wir wurden von Sylvie sehr nett begrĂĽsst und erhielten eine gute EinfĂĽhrung in der Liegenschaft.
Trotz des sehr unterschiedlichen Wetters haben wir die tolle Einrichtung mit dem sauberen Pool genossen.
Das Haus (vor allem auch die KĂĽche) ist sehr gut eingerichtet.
Mit Stéphane hatten wir per Mail einen tollen Ansprechpartner.
Wir konnten die 2 Wochen absolut geniessen.

Schönes, großes Haus mit Pool, fast direkt am Strand. Gute Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Küchenausstattung,...). Eines der Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, das ist nicht so geschickt...
