About this apartment rental
Welcome to Quintamar! This well located 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom penthouse has amazing large windows which allow the sunlight to illuminate the apartment.
Walking into your private penthouse, the first thing you'll notice is the amount of natural light that brightens up the condo. In the kitchen you have everything you need to cook a great meal after a long day at the beach/pool. You also have a dining table for 4 and some extra sitting space on the breakfast counter.
The open concept living/dining space has a comfy couch. large TV and a nice view of Playa del Carmen.
Attached to the living space there is a small balcony, great to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and enjoy the Caribbean breeze. As you can see in the pictures, the balcony fence is made of glass. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised on this area.
The two bedrooms are located on the same floor. The first has a king bed, attached bathroom and walk-in closet. The second with 2 single beds has lots of closet space and a nearby bathroom that also doubles as the guest bathroom.
Head upstairs to your own private terrace with ample seating. This is where you'll spend all day enjoying the ocean views, nice breeze and wonderful sunshine! For your convenience, there is also a half bath on the terrace as well as a dining table.
The complex is fully equipped, has a beautiful common area rooftop with pool. It also has underground parking, just half a block from the famous fifth and two blocks from the beach.

Very attractive property & wonderful location near beaches, restaurants, & helpful shopping. Management company worked diligently to address issues & ultimately solved everything to our complete satisfaction. Tours were expertly guided and with capable drivers. Adults & kids all thoroughly enjoyed our stay !
