Maison typique, au calme, avec 5 chambres dont 3 confortables et 2 moins agréables mais chacune équipée d'un cabinet de toilette. Maison originale avec escaliers intérieurs et extérieurs, à s'y perdre ;-) Grande salle à manger, cuisine pratique, clim dans la partie des chambres. Stationnement extérieur dans la rue mais au calme. Accès à pied par la 5° avenue. Plages à proximités pas TOP mais accès rapide aux autres plages. Petit quartier tranquille, épicerie et petits commerces au bout de la rue.
Nous n'avons réussi à avoir de l'eau chaude dans 1 seule chambre. Mécanisme bizarre ...

El anfitrión Alex es muy accesible y amable.
Afuera de la casa se estacionan otros autos y, al no contar con estacionamiento propio, debimos esperar hasta que se movieran para poder estacionar la van que teníamos.

no air conditioning in family room, the fans not enough restroom needs to be stocked with soaps,toilet paper,and towels, dryer not working, water would be great if it had a 5 gallon jug dispenser, clothes lines to dry clothes , shower head water heater
